From International Women’s Day on the 8th\, to Mother’s Day on the 30th\, the Women’s Six Nations and Women’s History Month\, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to spotlight some of our incredible producers who are pioneering female winemakers and trailblazing women in wine. \n  \nJoin us on Wednesday 19th March for our free Women in Wine Tasting! Come along to Cockburns of Leith\, 48a Frederick Street\, where we’ll be sampling some delicious wines\, and celebrating the women that make them! This tasting event will start at 5:30pm\, and usually lasts about an hour\, though you will be welcome to stay and browse until we close at 7pm. \n  \nYou can explore our selection of female-made and owned wines on our Women in Wine page. Join us in raising a glass to these amazing women in wine\, and the amazing women in our own lives this month! \n  \nT&Cs: Over 18s only. Please arrive promptly\, if you arrive after the event starts you may miss out on some samples. Please arrive at 5:30pm\, we usually allow 10 minutes for everyone to arrive then begin. This is a standing event in our store\, if you require a chair\, or would be more comfortable with one\, please alert a member of our team.
