Bougros is a fruity, ample, very aromatic wine when it has reached maturity. Very good length in the mouth, good persistence. An explosion of perfumes. It can be kept for 15 – 20 years. Great with a scallops, duck breast, goats cheese.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The estate is a family business rooted in the village of Fontenay-pres-Chablis. The 20 hectare farm, spread out only on the right bank of the Serein, allows them to produce the 4 appellations of Chablis, i.e. Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premiers Crus “Le Fourchaume” and “Le Vaulorent”, and the Chablis Grands Crus “Les Bougros”, and “Les Preuses”.
