Dinner Party Mixed Case
A 12-month maturation in bottle so that the bubbles integrate completely and give a fine and elegant effervescence.
A bright colour with clear legs that herald what is to come. Delicate floral notes of rose and jasmine interact with hints of yellow fruit: peach, Mirabelle and tropical fruit: lychee, mango, dragon fruit. The bouquet is expressive but not overly so; it retains a sense of refinement and nuance, a true Hugel wine.
Two great black varieties: Pinot Nero, the king of Burgundy, which responds to the warmth of Sicily with colour, sweetness and depth improbable elsewhere; and Nero d’Avola, which in these conditions acquires impressive tannins and body.
As all the best Grands Crus from the Medoc area, Loudenne’s vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir. Loudenne Médoc red is a blend 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 50 % Merlot aged for 12 to 16 months in French oak barrels. It is a Cabernet driven Médoc, powerful and well-balanced expressing red and black fruit aromas blended with more complex flavours that are developing with aging.
The Grüner Veltliner Icewine shows a full variety of the flavours and intense notes of this unique terrior. A strong yellow colouration, an intensively fruity bouquet. Furthermore, it exhibits charming creaminess on the palate and an exceptionally long finish.
