Pale lemon in colour with a bright and floral nose, this is an uplifting dry white wine. 100% Palomino, the grapes come from a 20 hectare plot which benefits from the fresh oceanic breeze – poniente. The combination of cooling winds and shelter from the sun allows the grapes to reach phenolic ripeness over the growing season. Pronounced aromas of lemon and golden apple coupled with honeysuckle and baked bread, this is a harmonious and structured Fino with 4 years ageing under flor. Extremely versatile, serve chilled before or to accompany a meal.
