Very expressive, dominated by floral notes, notes of
boxwood, elderflower and also a touch of exotic fruits and
citrus fruits.
The attack is fresh, slightly acidulous and crunchy, with
a very pleasant volume and fruitiness on the palate
Ideal as an aperitif, or will perfectly accompany your fish
in sauce and seafood. It will also be wonderful with fresh
cheeses such as Chabichou du Poitou.
