Tasting Notes

Amicale has aromas of red and black fruits on the nose with a twist of spice. The palate is rich and intense with black cherry, chocolate and a long spicy finish. Smooth and satisfying.

Food Pairing

We’d choose Amicale to accompany stuffed aubergines or saucy beef stew.

Winemaking

Amicale Cantine di Ora is a lovely Appassimento style wine, where the grapes are dried in wooden crates for about 120 days, resulting in a richer wine.
