Highland Park 21 Year Old 2003 is an exceptional Orcadian single malt Scotch whisky bottled by The Keeble Cask Company for their acclaimed Fragrant Drops series. Distilled in 2003 at the iconic Highland Park Distillery on Orkney and matured for over two decades in a single refill ex-bourbon barrel, this 2025 release was bottled at natural cask strength 47.1% ABV. The result is a perfectly balanced whisky that captures Highland Park’s signature harmony of gentle smoke, honey sweetness, and coastal complexity.
