PENSADOR ESPANDIN Mezcal is the product of Terroir – the earth, climate, biology and inherited techniques of a region. In the mountains and valleys of Oaxaca each region is distinct, giving mezcals unique local identities.

El Camino Del Pensador is the flavour of Miahuatlan: defined by the place, process and people of the communities which branch from the Calle Pensamientos – Thoughts Road. It is earthy, aromatic and mineral rich. Produced in tiny batches with great care, drinkers are encouraged to put the same time and consideration into each sip.
