Raer Single Malt Scotch Jackton Distillery Inaugural Release

Jackton Distillers inaugural Single Malt draws its character from four carefully chosen cask styles: Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Oloroso. Each plays its part, building depth, warmth and balance without overpowering the spirit itself.

On the nose, look for fruitcake, fig and sultana.

On the palate, expect dark fruits, treacle and roasted nuts.

The finish is long and mellow, with toffee, sweet spice and soft oak.

The Inaugural Release is limited to 6,000 individually hand-numbered bottles. Each number will be recorded in the Ledger of RAER, giving every bottle its own place in Jackton’s Single Malt story. This inaugural batch will not be repeated.

Grain to glass is Jackton’s direction of travel. Jackton are building a distillery that connects land, process, people and place more closely over time. The Inaugural Release is part of that honest journey, rooted at Jackton and made with the patience whisky deserves.
