Butter yellow in colour, with sweet almond croissant and orchard fruit on the nose. On the palate, notes of freshly baked pastries with poached pears, warm pineapples and toasted coconut. On the finish there is a hint of peat smoke and winter spices.
Delicately peated new make that started life in first fill bourbon, then a further 2 years in Cognac wood before bottling.
