Following the remarkable success of our previous PX release, Mac-Talla proudly presents a new limited edition PX Sherry Cask expression — a bold exploration of coastal peat and rich sherry maturation. Bottled at a powerful 52.8% ABV and presented at its natural colour, this small-batch release is matured in a carefully selected combination of first-fill PX sherry butts and refill PX sherry hogsheads. The result is a whisky of impressive depth, intensity and unmistakable character

TASTE: Dark dried fruit, warm treacle toffee and coastal brine brought together with rich and intense layers of raisins, dates and a hint of spice

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

There has been over five generations of the Morrison family involved in the whisky business including grocers, brokers, blenders, bottlers and distillers, making them one of Scotland’s oldest whisky families. Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers is solely owned and operated by one of Scotland’s oldest and most prominent whisky families, Jamie and Brian Morrison. It marks the Morrison family’s return to distilling since Brian Morrison sold Morrison Bowmore Distillers, after nearly 25 years.
