Kirke Goddess Blend 2022 is a premium Georgian dry white wine, made from a blend of Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Khikhvi, and Kisi grapes. Harvested at night during the Dark Harvest, it features apricot aromas and a full-bodied, balanced taste. Perfect with salads and chicken dishes.

Inspired by the mythological tale of Odysseus’s journey to Georgian territory and his encounter with the goddess, this winery revives the ancient winemaking ritual known as Kirke’s method.

The Kirke harvest tradition is a celebrated event at the winery. Under the full moon, when the grapes reach peak maturity, women carefully handpick the grapes. These grapes are then brought to the cellar before sunrise, ensuring they remain cool and intact before the crushing or pressing process.
