Mirabelle fruit and honey on the palate – a natural wine that impresses with its remarkable structure and intensity.

Uvae Solae. Simply grapes. And the principle behind Stift Klosterneuberg orange wine project is just as simple. If you leave the white wine grapes in contact with their skins longer than usual during fermentation—treating them like red wine grapes—then the resulting wine will naturally be different. Stift Klosterneuberg orange wine offers new dimensions, both in aroma for our fruit-loving noses and with its intense colour and elemental taste experience
