Meet the Winemaker: Delheim Wine Estate

We can’t wait to welcome Roelof Lotriet, Cellar Master at Delheim Wine Estate, to Cockburns of Leith.

Delheim is a family-run winery, located in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Roelof will talk us through a selection of Delheim’s exquisite wines, including those made with the grapes South African wine is most famous for: white chenin blanc and red pinotage. You can sample each one and learn about the processes involved in producing some of the best wine in the country.
