Domaine du Beauregard

Our family estate is located in Saint Sernin du Plain half an hour south of Beaune.
We favor ploughing, the passage of interstocks and natural grassing and organic amendments to maintain the fertility of the soil and nourish the vine by promoting quality grape production and avoiding excess vigour.
We try to respect the influences of the Moon as much as possible on our work in the vineyard. In the cellar, we favor wine work that highlights the vintage, the terroir and the appellation; while limiting inputs and taking into account the lunar influences on our rackings and bottlings.
