Our own blended Scotch whisky celebrating our founder Robert Cockburn. High strength, non-chill filtered and using a very high share of quality malt whisky.

Complexity is gained from ageing in a blend of casks: Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine barrels for fruitiness, first fill and refill bourbon for sweetness and sherry casks for depth.

A nose reminiscent of an old-fashioned sweet shop: caramel, dolly mixture and pink wafer biscuits. The palate is more robust with notes of toffee, hazelnut and chocolate. A complex finish with pipe tobacco, replace embers and dried fruit
