The Crémant d’Alsace Grand Terroir Schiste by Arthur Metz is lemon yellow with platinum highlights. On the nose this wine has great finesse, it is floral with notes of white flesh fruit and bergamot. On the palate it is straight and fine, with nice fullness and a final saline touch with notes of apricot and mirabelle plum. Well balanced with perfect structure.

 

Perfect to serve with chicken, sea bream stuffed with herbs, buttered lobster or oysters.

 

This sparkling wine is made with ,  and grapes from Schieferberg, Alsace in France.
