This Moulin-à-Vent is for those of us who crave complexity. Black plum, red currant, black olive and hints of dried sage bush open on the nose followed by dried-grape stalk and black raspberry. The palate is robust and multilayered with herbal elements including dried tea leaves skipping in the background.
