RIOJA CRIANZA, BODEGAS URBINA

Cherry-ruby color.
Good intensity. Dominated by tertiary notes from aging, with a predominance of American oak. Coconut, vanilla, and spices reminiscent of white pepper. The fruit appears elegant and clearly in the form of red fruit, ripe cherry, accompanied by dairy notes, complexity, and balance with hints of musk, incense, and undergrowth, thyme, dill, and orange peel.
Balanced and complex, the nuances detected on the nose are confirmed, with warm blackcurrant notes on the palate, spicy hints of incense and musk, combined with dark fruit. A touch of aromatic herbs, predominantly fennel, thyme, and dill, provides good structure and persistence, with a refreshing acidity. Very pleasant and easy to enjoy.
