Delightfully fresh and aromatic in classic Albariño style, from the grape’s adopted home in Uruguay. This dry wine is a fantastic, well-balanced example of this grape at its best – good structure and body, with flavours of citrus, apricot and peach, as well as minerality from the nearby Atlantic ocean.
As you would expect, this wine pairs wonderfully with fish and seafood, but it would also serve as a congruent pairing with blue cheese.
