Manzanilla Singular Village Diatomists is made solely in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Manzanilla Sherry is a unique expression of the biological Sherry style. Sharing coastline and riverbank with both the Atlantic and the mouth of the Guadalquivir river, the climate benefits from an ideal aspect, cool Poniente breeze, good humidity and the natural formation of complex flor in bota.

An arresting white wine made with Palomino. Citric freshness, toasted malt and chamomile play together in complete harmony. Well structured with a fine texture, the finish is cleansing and long.
