MAYACAMAS CABERNET SAUVIGNON

MAYACAMAS VINEYARDS has been a source of legendary California wine since 1889. As
the newest owners in a lineage of pioneering caretakers spanning more than 125 years,
we faithfully steward Mayacamas Vineyards toward a bright future, ever mindful of the
great traditions of the past.

Harvested early to retain bright acidity and firm tannins. Fermentation in a combination
of concrete tank, open-top foudre and stainless steel. After approximately two weeks
on skins, the wine is gently pressed and aged 32 months in neutral oak – 20 months in
large format foudre and 12 months in barrique. After bottling, the wine was cellared for
12 additional months before release
