The bottle is a reflection of the island’s impressive geology and their recipe combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and their double distilled spirit.
Bottled at 46% using water from their own well, this is the first legal spirit from an island rooted in centuries of illicit distilling.
Every drop of this Scottish gin is lovingly distilled and bottled on the Isle of Raasay.
